The dry-running reciprocating compressors of the KCTD and KCT series are designed and constructed for demanding industrial applications. Kaeser offers a broad spectrum of products to companies with high compressed air quality standards; we draw on this extensive range to create customised compressed air stations to meet our customers' individual requirements.
We offer three design versions:
•Compact individual units consisting of a compressor and an air receiver (horizontal or vertical orientation)

Oil-free reciprocating compressor compact units: AIRBOX and AIRBOX CENTER
Ready for connection, quiet-running and exceptionally durable
The AIRBOX and AIRBOX CENTER compact units with air receiver, dryer and optional filters are ready for connection and immediate operation. The integrated reciprocating compressor produces quality oil-free compressed air and is controlled by the SIGMA CONTROL BASIC or the SIGMA CONTROL 2 electronic controller.
The technical parameters for AIRBOX and AIRBOX CENTER units are as follows:
•Pressure: 7 / 10 / 12.5 bar
•Flow rate: 0.25 – 0.90 m³/min

Do you require high pressure compressed air only at certain points in your production process? If so, the use of boosters is far more efficient than designing the entire system to deliver high pressure compressed air.
You can opt for either an individual component solution or an operation-ready complete system.
The DN C compact booster package – more than just a space-saver
Our unique and compact power house with a footprint of only 2.35 m²
This complete system has it all: Featuring a new design and a footprint approximately half the size of previous models, the DN C looks good both on the inside and outside. The new component layout not only ensures optimised cooling air flow, but also provides maintenance access.
Moreover, the updated SIGMA CONTROL 2 controller offers new, multiple monitoring and control options with a number of interfaces – including for connection to master controllers – with dynamic control.

High-performance reciprocating compressors N-series boosters

N-series boosters augment your existing system pressure in specific locations, elevating it up to 45 bar. Kaeser offers an extensive range of high-performance booster reciprocating compressors that work in perfect harmony with Kaeser rotary screw compressors and SIGMA PET AIR stations.
The N-series boosters are available with one, two or three cylinders and operate within the following performance parameters:
•Initial pressure up to 13 bar – discharge pressure up to 45 bar
•Flow rate: 0.27 – 20.51 m³/min
Compared to designing the entire compressed air supply system for higher pressure, the use of boosters is significantly more cost-effective for all applications that require process air with a higher degree of compression than the normal control air and supply air at specific locations. PET bottle production is an excellent example of such applications.

The SIGMA PET AIR complete booster system combines blow and control air production in a single operation-ready system. An air-cooled rotary screw compressor produces the control air whilst simultaneously serving as a pre-compression stage for the blow air. Blow air booster, system controller and all compressed air treatment components for both pressure systems are installed operation-ready on a base frame.
SIGMA PET AIR delivers the following performance parameters:

•Blow air up to 45 bar
